Dr. Kathryn Jardine is a psychologist registered with the BC College of Psychologists and a member of the BC Psychological Association. She takes a collaborative and holistic approach to working with individuals and couples in counselling and therapy. She has more than 25 years of experience, and training in several different therapeutic approaches that are individualized to best fit the person’s needs.

Dr. Jardine helps people to identify their strengths and resiliencies, develop their current coping strategies as well as learning new ways to approach difficulties. She has worked extensively with individuals, couples, families and groups, helping them to develop more balanced and fulfilling personal and work lives. She has also consulted with, taught, or given workshops for numerous groups including: businesses, not-for-profit groups, social agencies, government, and the university.
Dr. Jardine provides confidential and consultative services in a professional and respectful environment. Her office is located near Cook and Fort Streets. It is easily accessible by bus, within walking distance of downtown, and free street parking is available on Meares. Please note: at the present time Dr. Jardine is not seeing clients in person, she is only seeing clients via a confidential telehealth link.
